My name is Lisa Irving, and I’m a Functional Medicine Health Coach.
I work with women who want to feel vibrant, healthy and full of energy.
By implementing a functional medicine approach in my health coaching practice I ensure that as well as finding all the underlying triggers for your symptoms, we not only resolve them in the present, but also prevent them from occurring in the future.
When we start to focus on preventative medicine and lifestyle, it becomes the guiding force to help us get through challenging times and towards our true life purpose.
